Randomly teleporting

Hey.

For the past 2 days I've been playing MCSG and getting really good games, but I always, ALWAYS get teleported to hub for no reason. I do not lag out, nor do I get kicked. It just randomly teleports me to hub.

Does anyone have the same problem? Or anything that could fix it?
