1. When your interests have gone in different directions and you get into a lot of arguments.
2. Because bullets, while there are a lot of them, are a lot less distracting than having something thrown at your head. Think of it this way, you may not dodge from a nerf dart, but you'll still try to dodge when a pillow is thrown at you. Less painful, but more distracting/incapacitating.
3. Snow isn't actually white. The light reflects off of the snow, and refracts through the snow, giving it a white color. Similar to polar bears.
4. The term 'fly' is actually a very general term, that encompasses all animals in the Diptera order. The name is a sort of onomatopoeia, where they are called after something they do. It has since turned into the general name for these animals. If they lose the ability to fly, the name "fly" will remain.

When water is water, its clear. When it freezes the molecules become more compact and make it opaque. The sun reacts to those when light hits snow, making ti seems 'white'.

How do you know when to end a friendship?
When you or the other party no longer wishes to continue it. If you don't like each other any more, or if you are going to be separated with either no means or no will to continue communicating.

Why do we flinch when someone says that they're not going to punch us, and they don't, but we flinch anyways? Also, it's for the movie. It would still hurt the actor.

It turns clear, and thus we don't see it as white anymore.

No, unless ALL flies had no wings. Then it would be renamed to something else.
What is the meaning of life?
Uhm, Dave? (Nah, I'm kidding.)
From a religious standpoint, it's probably to get into "Heaven" or "Nirvana" or something, or because the gods were lonely or bored.
From a non-religious standpoint, I think there is none other than to continue humanity.

1 - ....when neither of you are happy around each other anymore.
2 - superman still flinches. superman may be invincible to certain things but there are weaknesses besides kryptonite.
3 - the "white" snow is just crystalized water. it's not actually white. it's a lot of clear packed together.
4 - if flies don't have wings, they die. their name isn't really a "fly", they have a genus/species name. Musca Domestica, for example, is the classification name for the housefly.
5 - to be happy. to enjoy it. or, if you want the answer i would have given in my "phase", i would say that the meaning of life is to create more life and reproduce, so as to ensure the survival of your species.

1 - the job that made you happiest would be lover, friend, or father/mother.
2 - eggs came first. animals already laid eggs, then evolution came and made the chicken what it is today.
3 - our consciousness fades away and our bodies rot in a wooden box underground, or we are burned. nothing remains.
