it says im an iron sponsor on the forums but i cant get into full servers? does an iron sponsor get the same stuff as gold and diamond sponsors?

Maybe you tried to get on an eu server? The donoring only applies to the country you bought it for

Diamond sponsor members and Gold sponsors can kick you same as you can kick normal players. You need to ask a Admin/Owner for help because that is their job to help you with the Donating stuff.
