I am working out late at night like 10:30 Pm and I want to eat dinner at 9:00 PM but I looked it up and they say its bad but none mentioned working out later so I don't know. Is it smart to eat earlier or a little bit before a workout because I am not eating during the night??

This is what I do. I always eat 3 hours before any exercise so I don't end up getting a cramp and/or throwing up. This allows plenty of time for your food to digest. I guess it's okay if you have your dinner before, but after your workout, make sure to have like a recovery snack. This can be like a protein bar with a glass of milk, something like that.

Nice! Just make sure to either get some carbs in with that shake or get a lot of it the next morning during breakfast.

If I were you I'd eat at around 7 or 8pm. That way you have lot's of time to digest and then have a great workout!

Take atleast a 45 minuten break before exercising after eating.

Anyway, your profile states you are only 14 years old yet, I'm not trying to be rude but I wouldn't go serious on working out. You can seriously damage your body and the way it grows at that age.

I beg to disagree. It does depend on what he's working out for. If he's working out for the hell of it, then I feel your statement is valid. However, if he's working out to become bigger and better with a sport like basketball, football, etc. then I would completely support the fact that he wants to work out. Kids these days are bigger, faster, and stronger than the past. The only way to become the best, is to be the alpha. You need to be the best of the best, not the best of the worst. 14 is a great age to start working out for things like these, and any other coach will tell you that.

I just started working out to lose weight and get healthy. I kinda lost interest in sports so the gym is my sport and its what takes up my time like other people do football but i'm not really in to that. Also I lift decently heavy weight I don't try to over do it like most people think they can :)

Ait, that's good man. Just try to keep in mind that your body is still in a growing state and you don't want to screw that up by overdoing it. Keep it up mate!
