One of the most well known questions is this one. It tells a lot about someone so I want everyone to answer it.

You're in a desert, walking along in the sand, when all of a sudden you look down and see a tortoise. It's crawling toward you. You reach down and you flip the tortoise over on its back. The tortoise lays on its back, its belly baking in the hot sun, beating its legs trying to turn itself over, but it can't. Not without your help. But you're not helping.

Why aren't you helping?

Because the desert is the path beyond life. And it represents a journey, where in the crossing you will truly understand yourself. Every action you take in the desert is a reflection of your true self, and so by choosing not to help the tortoise you see more about the underlying selfish nature of yourself as a human. Or you could choose to help the tortoise, and thus show yourself that you are worth more than mere mankind. As the prophet Brutha helped Vorbis cross the desert, so too may you choose whether or not to help the tortoise as it bakes in the sun... and you can ignore this and I'll realize you said "Why not flip le turtle". Idk man.

You're in the desert with no food or water. You stumble upon a tortoise, minding it's own buisiness. For some reason, you decide to flip it on it's shell. Now the sun is basking onto it's exposed body, with its legs kicking in the air, totally helpless. You want to flip it back, but decided not to.

How come you don't flip the turtle?
Which one is it?
