Hi , i bought Platinum Rank like 2 days ago . And i see that i dont have the comand /scramble and /unscramble.

Also , I want my forum rank , i mail at support#mcgamer.net but it doesnt work .. I'll be patient , i know it

For your forum rank you have to e-mail [email protected] not support#mcgamer.net
For commands, I don't know why you don't have it :/
Try to send another e-mail to [email protected] saying that you can't do /scramble

It's odd you don't have the commands. Are you sure you bought the right one? Regardless, don't worry, it will get sorted.
