I hit 50 Subscribers on my new channel so I'm doing a giveaway.

Ordered a background render work 8-9 days ago and he promissed me to deliver it within 3 days. no luck so far. he offered me a refund if he cant finish it. i requested the refund few days ago but in skype he ignores me aswell.

i assume i got scammed. ill remove this scam accusation if you refund me

if needed i can provide proof of payment + skype conversation here

I can't refund you because you're withholding the payment. I never actually got the money it was just pending.
