PVP at spawn needs to be fixed

Every time i pvp somebody at spawn they just ender pearl back up, I don't think they should be able to do that. Antster360

The ender pearls allow players to reach spawn once again in mid-fight, however I feel that this is beneficial, as it brings forth an "escape" to a fight if anything unexpected happens. If this were to be taken away, less people would be likely to jump down in the first place.

I think he/she means that sometimes people do /kill in pre-game and sponsor a random player/friend an ender pearl and then he/she teleports in the the chest during pre-game.
