So my friend got muted unfairly. He is actually perma-muteed , and he got perma-muted for being an alternate of "iTzAlex69" , when all he said is if you can unmute him , cause they are good friends. I don't personally think Moderators should be allowed to mute players with a reason that they don't know anything about..

He was probably perm-muted on the other account

Using an alternate account as a way around the rules, happens to be against the rules. So as patrick said, he was probably muted on his alt account. Tell your friend to make a ban appeal instead of letting us know on the public forums.
