Problem With Server Restarts

after the deathmatch i leave the server waiting for it to restart. so when i leave i hit fresh every 5-10 secs. but for some reason the server either says "communication error" or "can't reach server"

so it never comes back up for me unless i restart my client and by that time it will be full >.<

any help?

give it time? if i sit there for 5 mins it still doesn't pop up. and when it does its full >.>

I don't know then, it's probably your internet connection.
