Problem with lags, while having 200 fps

Hey guys, i already used in the searchbar but i cant found an anwer to this so i made a new thread.
I got a problem since today in the morning, If i am playing minecraft i got 150 - 500 fps, but i got some lags since 9 o'clock i think. I also got them in the singleplayer and on other servers, and i do not have some fps drops while these lags, i cant move me smooth.
I do not have any mods exept optifine and Shaders.

what i already tried:
- reinstall minecraft
- start my pc again
- Force update
- another optifine version
- no mods in the minecraft.jar
- delete .minecraft
- ask some friends

for general information , i do not have some lags like this if i play other games like battlefield, there i got solid around 100 fps [ on ultra 8) ] and no lags while playing

I really hope someody knows this problem, and can help me!

Try configuring your shaders, that may be that problem. Or there is a thread that was posted around 16 hours ago by DonnieHD, it links a video on how to stop some games stuttering (FPS wise) it is the last video link.

nope, i got enough fps, i got between 100 and 500 fps, its not the fps thing...

Edit: i fixed it now , sorry for this little spam, mods feel free to delete/lock this thread
