Point Gain

I'm having trouble at the moment with earning points. Depending on which game (and even which computer) I'm playing on, when I kill people, I may or may not gain points at all. For example, some games, I can kill 3-4 people, yet not gain any points after the match. Is there a reason why this is the case?

I hope it is real soon. I got a 6 points for killing someone, then I lost 50 points for getting killed.
