Plugins?

If you don't mind me asking, I would like to create a server for some of my local friends and I was wondering what plugins are used. I am using a bukkit server to run it as of right now, but if anyone knows of a better way to do it I would love to know!

The snazzy people who own this server has created their own plugins.
I'm pretty sure they won't be handing it out.
But that's just a guess

That is correct they write their own plugins and it is currently private so they will be giving it out
