Plugin That MCSG Use For Color?

No, I am not that noob that hopped onto the server yesterday and liked their survival games plugin. I already know that they will never hand that out lol. But how do the Devs get rainbow names on screen, in the tablist and in the stats?

They code it in. It's pretty easy with a chat or permissions plugin such as PEX or Chat Essentials.

Using a bukkit api and adding text is very simple. They add "ChatColor.Gold Cannon can be heard in the distance" This mays the chat gold.
You can also use pex for using the & symbol.
