WHY?

Just try to restart your Minecraft and if that doesn't work, then delete the entire .minecraft folder.

Have you tried deleting your .minecraft folder and reinstalling minecraft?

You need to re-login in your account. That error usually means your account was logged into somewhere else and expired on this session OR your session timed out.
