I purchased the Platinum Sponsor rank about thirty minutes ago, it's still not been given to me in-game...what should I do?

If it still doesn't show up after 24 hours of purchase, you'll have to e-mail [email protected] including the following things :
  • Your In-game name
  • Your Forum name
  • The receipt of you buying the donor
They'll help you out within 1-5 business days :)
