Please help me with this Shaders glitch!

Can someone PLEASE help me with this? My shaders is messed up, well not really, everything is working fine except for this:

Red water.

Have I changed some random thing in the options menu, or what's the problem? I just want the normal blue water WITH shaders, not just some amazing shaders AND this horrible red water. Please help me...

Thank you! I had turned off "terrain animated", and when I turned it on, it worked together with my Shaders. Thank you, would appreciate if this got locked.
