1) What Date/Time will it be available to buy.

2) What are the perks apart from flying and coloured writing.

3) Will it be 20$ or 25$ to upgrade from diamond.

4) Will our forum rank be available to change colour once we buy it.

That is unknown yet, but most likely soon. It is still being beta tested.
