Pink Shadows w/ Optifine/McPatcher? How to Fix?

Firstly, if this is the wrong thread, sorry about that. Just tell me where to post it.

I recently installed Optifine and McPatcher (a mod manager), and I've been getting these pinkish shadows. For example, if an area is slightly dark (say, 50% in the dark), the colors turn pinkish. It's most obvious on Solar Frost.

It doesn't affect my gameplay, but I would like to have it changed back to normal.

If it is due to McPatcher, what options (s/a HD Font) should I check and uncheck? Or fix in general?
If it is due to Optifine, what should I have enabled and disabled?

Thanks, friends.

Hmm maybe just try force updating minecraft then reinstalling optifine. Also did you install it correctly with mcpatcher?

Not sure since I have never had this problem. I think it may have to do with you using both optifine and mcpatcher at the same time. Both of them are used to patch textures, so both would cause some problems. I would save all important things, then delete your Minecraft file. Force update and only install Optifine since I find it better and more useful than mcpatcher. Hope I helped, if not I will try to look into it further. Also, try using another texture pack, see what happens.
