HUB Ping Problems

I don't know if this the right place to ask, but I have been experiencing problems with my connection to the sever. When i hop into the hub, the ping starts of fine, then from then on it just gets higher and higher and higher. Im preety sure im not the only one experiencing this bug because when i join a lobby i see many others with 1 or 2 bars. so i just wanted to know whats going on.

In all of that explanation you have literally given us nothing to go off of. What server, time and what region you were playing on. What is your average ping to our servers usually. If you dont know how to ping while in game do /ping.
