Ping problems

I used to play mcsg a lot a few months ago on EU and had a ping of 20-30, I have just come back to playing again and my ping is over 500, my internet has not changed since and I have around 10mb download speed. is there anything I can do to fix this?

Since your ping used to be good, and now it's dropped, I recommend performing a "trace-route", you can find out how here; http://www.minecraftsurvivalgames.com/threads/eu-network-rearrangement-and-ghosting-psa.97986/. Once you've done so, upload the image of the trace-route to a website such as www.imgur.com or www.gyazo.com and post it here, a Developer can then take a look (Ava Rusty ).

Alright, thanks for making a trace-route. I'm not sure if it will actually help, but a Developer should take a look at this in due time. Keep in mind, they're quite busy.
