As far as I know only Optifine is allowed otherwise I'm not really sure. Join a lobby and read the MCSG rules book and even look at the spot you spawn at

Ok I can't give you a list of all the mods allowed but you can follow this general rule: If it alters your visual look of minecraft (shaders, optifine etc) then it's allowed. If it alters gameplay physically in any way, not allowed. So inventory organisation mod is not allowed.
