Permanently Muted...

Sometimes I get mad easily at the smallest things but this really ticked me off. I was talking to a guy who called me a noob and he started cussing at me so I did it to him... and somehow I was the person to get muted... PERMANETLY!!! Could someone plz explain why I got muted and plz help me get unmute + i dont remember his Ign. So thx for helping.(not muted) -> (Muted)
