People Spamming and swearing

This is just a few people in my lobby i asked them and told them to stop swearing and said they would get banned if they kept swearing and spamming and they didn't listen. I know im not a mod but i didnt say i would ban them just that they would i don't know if they get banned or kicked or w/e but heres just some evidence. There are also three more pictures i have so mods ask if thats not enough evidence.
