based on your previous thread, you want a PC to play video games on and anything running intel hd 4000 series graphics is bad for gaming. Take my work for it, seeing as i have a computer with those graphics and get 20fps on most games, 35-40 on MC. I would advise pulling down your processor from an i5 to perhaps an AMD-6300( http://pcpartpicker.com/part/amd-cpu-fd6300wmhkbox ) or an i3 if you want to stay with intel. This will take ~100$ off the build and, for gaming computers, wont hinder performance in game. Next, WHERE THE HELL IS YOUR RAM? You have no RAM you cant do anything. Get at least 4gb of ddr3-1333 if not 8gb and perhaps ddr3-1600. Next, you dont NEED a 100$ motherboard, although it will be fairly nice, a 70$ will do the job just fine. the CPU cooler is probably un needed as that i5 comes will a cooler but the AMD i suggested DOESNT. Dedicated GPU suggestions from me are GTX660 or 750ti (660 is better)

i5 is a great processor
but it is expensive
and not necessary for a gaming rig. an i3 processor will not take away an at all significant amount of fps from your play, and the 100$ you save can go to a dedicated gpu that can give you 100 fps on integrated graphics
also, may i ask what you want an overclockable cpu for?

final thing ill edit in here. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3oXL1
I changed you CPU into a cheaper but still perfectly fine for a gaming computer AMD FX-6300, added a nice 8gb ddr-1866 ram and gave you a dedicated GPU. Had to choose a new motherboard to be compatible with the new CPU and this one is 40$ cheaper but will still run fine and has USB3

i am trying to say that if you have nice 1k+ budget get your i5 but if you just want a budget gaming rig an i3 or AMD FX works fine
