I think Haley(Lemonz87) removed it because of other servers taking her map without her permission, and using it.

You can always PM Lemonz87 to acquire the download. But she might not give it out to you, unless it's for a server. A lot of map makers are doing that now a days because they don't want other people to uploaded to other forums and getting credit for it.
