I still cant get priordy over getting into full rooms- I also emailed them and no response
and need aan adjustment on this also

Be patient. They will answer eventually. They are getting a lot of e-mails and they have to take care of all of them.

I understand that but waiting 5/21- I'm aware of the over flow if they want to have this option
but also paied out for the service. the response they put is 24 hours and maybe a good idea to add It longer to respond

Im really looking to get a responce to someone in that department.
