OptiFine Cape help

Hey guys I keep getting this error when trying to change the color of my OF cape
Error while updating cape.
Authentication failed (timeout) I take less than 2 mins as it says like 20 seconds. Please help.

Maybe the server is having some problems?
Try it in a few hours or tomorrow, if the problem persist, contact the Optifine owner with a screen shoot of the error.

Try it on Internet Explorer, it solves the problem when I have it
