Optifine Cape glitch

Hey, I was just wondering if you guys knew anything about this, but whenever I get a cape, I can see it for a bit, but then when I get on the next day, It is gone, I can still see other peoples capes but mine is gone.
I am not refunding it or anything, I have capes turned on and I just can't see it.
If any one would be able to help me that would be great

Optifine is not 100% complete so there may be some visual bugs. I suggest waiting patiently for the complete version before emailing them. But i heard that in 1.8 3rd party capes (like optifine) will be disabled.

The 3rd party capes are part of the mod so they will always find a way around it

That's what i was thinking but i don't know much about mods XD

If you haven't tried already, download the newest version of OptiFine. It's probably the most stable.If that doesn't work, I'm afraid I don't know.

I've done that :'c I guess it just doesn't work.

Please check that:

• OptiFine is correctly installed (installation instructions)
• the option Video Settings -> Details -> Show Capes is ON
• the option Multiplayer Settings -> Show Cape is ON
• no firewall or router is blocking OptiFine from accessing the OptiFine server where the cape is located

If none of these solutions work, I would suggest that you contact OptiFine support.
