I don't play survival, so this probably sounds stupid, but couldn't you just mine the base with a diamond pick?

Bases are protected with a plugin so you can't build in enemy factions but can blow it up with TNT etc.

There are so many ways to get into an obsidian base. There is way too many to count. try to Google them sometime. I have seen many many obsidian bases and every one of them was raidable. that being said obsidian breaker would allow everyone to get inside bases and the work needed to build one would go to waste. I do think creeper eggs are a good idea and i do think removing them from kits is also another great idea as most of the work in building an obsidian base is mining the obby. just my two cents
