I already posted a ban dispute, asking to be unbanned.
If I am not unbanned, could I have my money back that I paid?
I paid to be a donor, you ban me, and then make me a donor once I am banned.
Could I have my money back?
This is unfair.

Yes, I donated, but they did not give me anything yet.
Once they upgraded me, I would remove the hacks, and play fairly, since I could get in more servers, and have more chances to actually play the game.
I have already removed the hacks.

Donors, we have some expectations for you as well:

• Please do not abuse your privilege by repeatedly logging in just to kick people out. Use the site to locate the server you would want to join and stay there.
• Please understand that you will be treated the same as any other Minecraft players when it comes to us handling our temp or permanent ban policy.
• If you reverse or dispute any PayPal transaction after receiving your donor rank, you are subject to be removed as a donor if funds get taken from us without a valid reason.

You shouldn't have hacked, but if you now want your money back, you're going to have to go through PayPal, try contacting the email/account that the transactions go though.
That's what you get for even hacking in the first place. Donors are not above the rules.
