None Of The Servers Connect For Me

I try to sign onto any of the lobbies with a little amount of people. it always fails to connect to any of them. i tried all regions. I read on a previous thread to reinstall java but it didn't work. How do i get it to work? D: this is the only server that runs the 24 player version of hunger/survival games. Please help D:
