No sound :P

hello people recently ive been having no sound on mc ive tried redownloading mine craft and f3 + s but nothings working im on a i mac 2011 on osx lion any help

optifine thats it but when i tried no mod s that didnt work either

I'm not sure :/ Maybe don't use any mods and see what happens, but after that I'm not sure. Maybe ask another forumer? Well Goodluck with your sound. Btw do you use speakers.

Every time that happens to be I just close down my minecraft and reopen it and its fixed.
