got kicked from a game for "no cheat plus" what does that even mean?

It means, you got kicked from the game because the nocheatplus detected you had cheats on, aka hacks.

it is an automated anti-cheat plugin but sometimes it makes mistakes and accidentally kicks non-cheating players.

If your lagging pretty hard it may suspect you of the following hacks: (experience with this plugin) -.-
- Forcefield. If you are in a fight or killing a mob while in a huge lag and are spam clicking it trying to kill the mob.
- Speed hacking. Try to sprint or move alot during large lags or bugs with your connection or ping.

I hope this helps but if your not lagging, I'm not sure why u are being kicked. I would recommend u download a new .jar and make this your new minecraft because it may suspect u of hacking on that .jar.
