Newest Optifine Help

Because it is obvious that I am retarded, I would like help getting the newest optifine. I have Googled it and could not find it (proof I am an idiot) and my brother, who knows how to get it, wouldn't help me, or even tell me what to search. I would appreciate it EXTREMELY if someone posted a link and instructions on how to get it working (I already have WinRAR)
