NEW RANK Jr.Dev

Hi,

I wanted to make this post to ask if there could be a rank in the future of MCSG (V3 possibly) called Jr.Dev. I am learning to code Java myself so this rank would be good for myself. What this rank could also have is the current developers could teach methods of Java and Spigot. If the developers aren't busy that is.
Give me feedback on what you think.

Yes I know, but I'm sure they could find SOME time to help learners.

I really don't think they would do this. MCG would prefer people who are advanced at coding already.
