The servers are run on the donation system we have. You donate for the perks, the money goes towards the running of the servers and in turn you can play on them with your perks. If we started giving out free donor for a couple hours people would find a way to abuse the system heavily and people who still aren't donor but have joined months ago and whatnot would complain and moan that they didn't get the first couple of hours of 'donor' abilities and would demand us to give it to them as well.
