Wait When Did we change? If it was by yesterday I really haven't noticed anything as of yet... WAIT that means I have a good Chest Route?! Unless it changed within the last 9 Hours then Back to the Drawing Board...

imo it makes teams more stacked at least when I played. A team won pretty much every game (Albeit a team of diamond donor pros..)

It's kind of mixed. Sometimes they do. Today I've been noticing they do. :/
