So I am thinking of getting a gaming PC

I am on a budget cos I'm only wittle, but I need your advice on whether this is a good buy for the money, or if I should try making one :3
If you think I should build a pc, can you recommend a good build for around the £400 mark. It will be mainly for playing Minecraft I think, but I will do some other stuff as well...
Also, I don't have a monitor to go with it atm. If you can recommend one for cheapz i will luvz you 4eva <3
