Ok so I am trying to reshade my skin and make it Hd but I am not super experienced. Plus, am very busy those days and i can't make a deep research for this subject. Can someone please help make my skin Hd !!!

Go over to the 'Art Section' of the forums and look at some of the threads that those reshading. If there is none, I know that you can use Photoshop and add a filter that makes it more HD.
