NEED HELP! (Read all please)

Hello everybody who reads this,
I know this may not be the place to ask this, but I NEED your guys' help.

So I'm making a MCSG server that is MUCH MUCH MUCH worse then these servers. But I just wanted to make one anyways. I am having some problems with non-opped people not being able to open chests, but opped people can. When non-opped players try to open chests, the hand of the Minecraft person moves, but nothing happens. The chat says nothing too. I am about to make this server public to the world, but I can't until I know how to fix this permission. If you could PLEASE tell me the permissions for chest or if it isn't a permission, how to fix this overall. PLEASE tell me. I NEED YOUR HELP.

P.S. I might (99%) give the person who tell's me and is right a gift.....

This is the incorrect spot on the forums to be asking for such help - Anyways, read the Plugin you're downloading, I've used it my self, and the fix is located on that page. (The dev build page).
