Most of this is accurate HOWEVER the main point of clans is trying to be good. If someone applied to a clan I led with less than 50 wins and over 500 games played, they'd probably be insta denied. I'd have standards tbh. And only accepting friends is dumb. It's good to meet new people :/

Well by only accepting friends creates better teamwork in a clan.

Some clans exist with the sole intention of winning clan matches. Other clans exist with the sole intention of having friends to play with.

Clans that demands skill but not friendship will find their wins, but their clan will be short-lived.
Clans that demand friendship but not skills will have their fun, but their clan may not find wins.

Clans that fosters both friendship and skills are the ones that are truly victorious.

A clan is what the leaders want to make of it.

What I mean by that is if leaders want to accept only their friends and be generous to new members, so be it.

However, if the clan likes to accept and kick players willy nilly, and just let the best players play, so be it.

You have to choose what environment you want to be in:

Community or Competitive. Some can be both. I believe that is the goal.
