My silver VIP is not working!

Hello my name is BARANTR. I bought silver donor today.But i'm trying to log in servers It says ''We are currently having some unexpected issues.Please try again later.'' Sorry for bad english I'm turkish Please help !

It's not VIP, it's Iron Donor, and it activates in less than a day
