I have -1499 points somehow and I cant gain or lose points! Please Help!

For what I was told when my friend had that happen. You have to message a Sr. Mod. His points were stuck at -501

You either need your points to be reset to 0. Or get a friend to bounty you enough points to become positive. If you win the game with that bounty, you will go out of negative It happened to me as well.

I have never had this happen to me but from what I hear you have negative points. So you probably need to get a bounty high enough to bring you out of 'Bounty Debt'
