My friend got banned for no reason???

My friend got banned for using some random alternate account that says Deadly_Danny and he doesn't know who this is and this was a perma-ban and he is really sad. At least can a mod give him a week ban or something like that because he is too young to do something like that and he will have to buy a new account! Hopefully you guys can help his IGN is Tntcannonner Thank you!
