Most Embarrassing Moment?

I just had one.

I was dominating this server, killed 11 people right off the bat in the village, ended up at the corn at night with full iron and a diamond sword.

Just as I was turning around to leave the chests, a full iron/iron sword guy started swinging at me and SCARED THE CRAP out of me, resulting in me throwing my mouse off the desk. Before I could have time to react, I died, losing 50 points and an easy game.

I died after getting a diamond sword and half iron pretty early on to a guy with a stone sword and leather.

Edit: Luckily, i was one of the first ones to die, so not very many saw.

I was getting trigger happy and raced after some guy....
... Fell in a Web 'n' Lava trap by the corn...

Had full iron, diamond sword and 10 golden apples. Then went hunting for the last 2 other guys. Jumped off a cliff into water, but the water wasnt deep enough

My natural love for pressing buttons caused my death once.
In map one, Pressing a certain button removes the floor under you leading to a huge drop.
