I have seen many write in caps and it's really annoying so I want to warn them.
I have been Admin / Mod on other servers and it worked really well I think.
Then I saw how much a mod decided I have always wanted to be a Mod!
I want control over people who behaves badly and write in caps and cheats and swears. I'll take care of the mod.
