Minecraft 'runs out of memory' every time a new match is about to begin?

Every time I'm excited because I've waited a long time for a new tournament to start, then a message appears saying that minecraft has run out of memory and kicked me to free up some. This happens more often on 48 slot servers. I'm pretty fed up with it. Has anyone experienced something like this? How can I fix it?

Yeah this happens with me a lot too. Not sure if this is a server problem or a problem within minecraft.

Yeah my minecraft crashes only when i am on amcsg server

Ya I have never had this problem in single player or on any severs except the mcsg server

I had the same problem, Check your System if its a 64 Bit or 32 Bit.
Install your Java on the same bit as your System.
