Sorry to say but your chances of getting a minecon cape on the Internet will be very hard. Most codes have already been used up. Best chance of getting a cape is buying an account with a cape already.

You'll have to wait until 2016, well, if there is one in 2016.

Minecon codes at this point are saturated and primarily all gone.

If you really want a cape, almost everyone has Optifine - give it a go
