SURVIVAL GAMES Mincraft crashing often

My minecraft continues to crash, this crash happens while joining a game or more commonly while /hubbing i have no idea as to why and it'd be great if i can get some help, thanks.
Happens on all servers/gametypes usually stick to Battlegrounds and Survival Games however.
Happens very frequently, almost every 5 games?

I believe that is the issue, as it is a Nullpointer. Try changing resource packs and/or contact the owner of the pack and see if it continuing then.

Does this happen on other servers? If not, are there any items you always had with you? What were you trying to do (switch servers, eat food, fishing rod etc)?
